Our Process

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Each property is unique and gives us an opportunity to highlight its best features. We begin our process with an initial tour of your home, usually with your realtor present. Since most homes benefit from some level of property preparation, we’ll offer expert advice on potential upgrades, paint colors, flooring suggestions and other details that will appeal to today’s buyers.

DESIGN

The next step is an extensive design session which takes place in your home. We measure and photograph each room to create detailed space plans with all furnishings noted. Then it’s off to our warehouse where we’ll select furniture, accessories, artwork etc. from our exceptional collection of luxury inventory. Each item is chosen to achieve a cohesive, design-driven look that maximizes your home’s potential and your return on investment.

INSTALLATION

Most home stages are installed in 1 to 2 days by our own team of experts who carefully and methodically work under the direction of our staging designer. Once every detail is finessed and approved, your home is ready to be photographed and marketed for sale.
